Basic warranty period of Chery buses (overseas market)

New energy vehicles: 12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

Other types of vehicles: 12 months or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

Note: the details shall be subject to the actual sales contract.

Delivery service: Dedicated staff provides training program for clients; professional service network; special stock of parts;
Failure handling:
1. Solve trivial failures within four hours and ordinary failures in ten hours; provide solutions to major failures within 24 hours;
2. Service training: provide relevant technical documentations and provide professional training for users' operators;
Parts supply: Set up local parts warehouse + direct supply from suppliers;
Service network: Establish local after-sales service station; Provide one-stop service for customers;

Technical support: Provide clients with free maintenance expertise and technical consultancy;
